Narrators for Doctors

Our partner in Tianjin, Wankangyuan Gene Technology LLC, a gene research company; provides local doctors in China with article abstracts that our narrators create in audible form. These excerpts are taken from renowned medical journals such as “Blood” and “Leukemia,” which discuss various medical trials and diseases. Our doctors can “glance” through recent research papers and choose which ones to analyze in-depth. We strongly believe that in helping these doctors, we are in fact helping patients on a broader scale.

Each recording assignment averages around 3 to 4 minutes and work time depends on individual volunteers’ ability to learn new medical terms. Volunteers are NOT required to understand the material, though they certainly gain knowledge about clinical practices through the readings! The goal is to pronounce words accurately, so that doctors in China may use the recordings to reference English pronunciation.
